1) Salesman

Qualifications:

2 years Supermarket/Hypermarket Experience

2) Section Supervisors

Experience Required:

A minimum of 4 years of experience in the Supermarket/Hypermarket industry, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role as a Section Supervisor.

Sections Managed:

The candidate should have experience in managing various sections including Supermarket, Roastery, Grocery Food, Grocery Non-Food, Chiller & Diary, FMCG Food, House Hold, Plastic, Non-Food, Health & Beauty, Garments & Apparel, Lifestyle, Electronics, and General Merchandise.

Skills:

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing merchandising and inventory. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required. Working proficiency in Malayalam and Hindi languages is also preferred.

3) Cash Supervisors

Qualifications:

Candidate with 3-4 years of Cash Supervisor experience in the Supermarket/Hypermarket.

Responsibilities:

Overseeing cash tills, Managing cashiers, Addressing customer

issues, and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures.

Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle a team in a fast-paced environment are essential.

4) Assistant Supermarket Managers

Qualifications:

4-7 years of experience in the Retail Store industry, specifically in Supermarkets or Hypermarkets, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role as a Section Supervisor or above in the GCC region. Possesses strong analytical skills, business acumen, and proficiency in Excel.

5) Receivers

Qualifications:

Two to three years of experience working as a Goods Receiver at a Central Warehouse, Supermarkets, or Hypermarkets.
