We are currently looking for a skilled individual to fill the position of IT Service Desk Manager. The main responsibility of this role is to oversee our service desk team and guarantee the provision of top-notch IT support services to our organization. - QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree preferably in an HR related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR support or administrative role Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels
- Proficient in using HRIS systerms and chatbots, with a strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
